The true importance of college. Many outlets are protesting against the usefulness of college/university and they are correct, if the end goal of college is all about getting a high-paying job. But that is wrong, sure that can be a likely outcome, but the purpose of college is to learn to free the mind, to become more human, and to grow into the person God created you to be by pushing yourself to do the hard work. I realized that the true purpose of college was lost and no longer proclaimed, but alive and well at Grove City College.
Work towards becoming a CPA and help small companies with tax, audits, and/or consulting.
The Faculty. Grove City College sets an expectation of professors who are personable, care about the students, and work to build individual relationships. They work very hard to make content relevant and comprehendible, while striving to push students to achieve growth beyond their expectations.
Late night games, watch movies, grab meals together, and go on outings on the weekends.
